I am always concerned about Health & Safety with fairground / inflatable attractions but the expertise of your staff in the handling of excited children on the mega slide at a busy event like West Bletchley Carnival was commendable. I am impressed with the ability for the staff to multi-task keeping the safety of the children using the inflatable at the forefront of their attention whilst still being aware of the children awaiting their turn.

I will be using your company for all our bookings from now on.

On Sunday we got let down by a bouncy castle company one hour before our daughters party was due to start, my wife and I both in a panic started calling other companies to see if we could get one at this late stage. Having no luck I then decided to ask on social media. All we were getting back was ones we had already tried then someone said try a company called Bounce Unlimited, I quickly called but tbh I didn’t expect anyone to answer but to my surprise they did and even more surprisingly they were able to deliver a lovely pink princess castle exactly what our daughter wanted. They told us to complete the booking form online and also pay for it online and that someone would be with us within the hour. I can honestly say they saved the day absolutely brilliant service and the bouncy castle was the cleanest castle we ever hired it was like new. Very professional man set it up and collected it. Can’t believe we’ve never come across them before considering we get 3 or 4 bouncy castles a year, we will certainly be using them from now on and recommending them to all our friends and family.

WOW!!! I hired the rodeo bull for a surprise party yesterday and what a fantastic addition to the party it was. Not only was the rodeo bull itself so much fun but the staff were incredible! They involved themselves with everyone and ran a competition for us. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, with their customer service second to none thank you
